Below are answers to some commonly asked questions about our services and bus and limousine transportation in general.

   
Q: Are your services insured and do your drivers all carry the pertinent permits?
   
A: Definitely. All of our drivers are trained and licensed and our services are fully insured.
   
Q: Do you add gratuities to the bill?
   
A: No, we do not. We feel that gratuities are up to the customer and we do not want to impose any standard on them that they are not comfortable with. Tipping certainly is welcome though. The industry standard is to tip 15-20% of the entire fare.
   
Q: How will I find my driver if I am getting a ride from the airport?
   
A: Your driver will be waiting at your designated luggage carousel holding a sign with your name and our company logo on it. If your driver is not in the area, please do NOT go upstairs to the main concourse or outside. Instead, call us at 586-615-1470 and we will find you.
   
Q: Do you require a deposit to book your services?
   
A: We do not require a deposit for our airport transportation services. A deposit is required, though, for our other services.
   
Q: Are your airport services available at all times?
   
A: Yes! Our airport transportation services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the is NEVER A EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE OR EARLY PICK-UP!
   
Q: What amenities can be found in your vehicles?
   
A: The vehicles in our fleet offer different amenities, though standards such as televisions, VCRs and intercoms come in all of our luxury models.
   
Q: How far in advance should I book a limousine for my wedding?
   
A: Ideally, you should reserve your limousine as soon as you know the date of the wedding. A general rule of thumb is to reserve the limousine the same day that you reserve your hall. Keep in mind that certain months of the year such as April, May, September and October are popular choices for wedding dates. If you are reserving for a date during those times, make sure to do so as early as possible.
   
Q: How far in advance should I book a limousine for a prom?
   
A: Spring is typically a busy time of year because of weddings and proms, so early reservations are important. While we will certainly try to make every accommodation for your needs, it is a very good idea to reserve your limousine as soon as the date of the prom is announced.
   
Q: Is there anything I should bring with me?
   
A: For longer rentals, many people choose to bring their favorite CDs or videos along for the ride. Alcoholic beverages may be brought as long as every passenger is of legal drinking age.
